The first two deliverables of the STREAM IT project are now available in the Results menu. These deliverables are aimed at supporting the work of the consortium by providing a basis for Project Management and the implementation of Work Package 2. Although these deliverables are only the beginning of the deliverables to be produced during the course of the project, they are available for anyone interested in seeing how the project partners work together behind the scenes.
The Project Management Handbook sets out the management approaches for the implementation of the STREAM IT project. Its purpose is to outline the fundamental principles and tools that will direct the project’s operation throughout its three-year duration. The Concept Note elaborates on the tasks and responsibilities of partners, activities to be implemented in Work Package 2, and the timing of publishing deliverables, with a particular focus on conducting research activities and establishing the Co-creation Working Lab.
