The first deliverable of the STREAM IT project is aimed at supporting the work of the consortium by providing a basis for Project Management.

The Project Management Handbook sets out the management approaches for the implementation of the STREAM IT project throughout its three-year duration. Its purpose is to outline the fundamental principles and tools that will direct the project’s operation processes, and tools essential for coordinating activities within the consortium and facilitating communication with the European Commission (EC). It is a crucial internal document, providing a reference point for all project partners and guiding them through the project’s lifecycle.

  1. Introduction: Establishes the purpose and scope of the handbook, emphasising its importance as a management tool for the consortium.
  1. Project Overview: Provides an overview of the STREAM IT project, highlighting its objectives, duration, and expected outcomes.
  1. Work Plan: Details the project’s work packages, tasks, deliverables, and events, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
  1. Project Management Processes: Covers essential management processes such as meetings, internal communication, decision-making, risk management, quality assurance, impact assessment, dissemination, communication management, and finance management and reporting.
  1. Roles and Responsibilities: Defines the roles and responsibilities of project partners, ensuring accountability and effective collaboration.
